Help us plan our site and vehicle routing for an extra care development!
The site below is an Extra Care Living development for people over the age of 55 providing 60 apartments for affordable rent and 20 apartments for shared ownership
The roads leading to the site, are roads with low speed limit and varied waiting and parking restrictions that make the access to the site more difficult.
Considering that the site is surrounded by a health care centre and a school, how do you think it would be the best way to arrange the site, with its essential facilities? Site logistics
This is a plan of our construction site showing the footprint of the finished care home and car park areas. Can you help us place our material storage, site parking, stacked site accommodation?

We also have the responsibility to take care of our environment, therefore we have put in place different facilities such as a wheel wash, skips, refuelling and concrete washout. Can you help us place them in the most appropriate spot on our site?

Vehicle routing
As a responsible builder, we have the duty to protect the communities surrounding our sites. Therefore, in the planning stage, we need to create a construction transport plan. It creates a rule of how the trucks bringing deliveries will arrive and leave from our site.
