Work experience hub

Currently 20% of our workforce has been taken through an apprenticeship or trainee programme and have stayed with the company for a number of years. 2 of 12 site managers and 2 of 4 quantity surveyors employed have come through our trainee programme. The site management trainees have been employed to work on our affordable housing developments and gradually increase their experience through new tasks.
